All of you have been waiting for Pinkberry to finally make it into Chicago. There was that one tribune article like a year ago stating that there was supposed to be a Pinkberry and Red Mango opening up soon. Well that soon never came. However, I can say that there is a Pinkberry completeknock-off now open in Chicago! Berry Chill (yes that name is unbelievably corny) had it’s grand opening today and so I of course was obligated to stop by and try it. It was actually pretty good, even if it was a complete rip of Pinkberry.
Yes I did take these with my camera phone. Don’t judge me.. haha… But yeah the only problem I ran into was the fact that they ran out of mochi! If it was Korean owned, that NEVER would’ve happened. haha j/p~ I do think it’s a bit on the expensive side. I got a medium regular with 3 toppings and it came out to like $6.50ish. If you’re looking for a frozen yogurt place though, until Pinkberry or Red Mango comes to town, this is gonna be all you get. Take it or leave it. I think I’ll take it for now.
